A reminder for Year 6 parents that we have an important meeting for you on Thursday 12th September at school. Our Secondary Transfer Meeting is your opportunity to learn about applying for secondary school for your child. Come along, ask questions and if you need any help with the application form we're happy to help! Deadline for getting your form in to the Council is 31st October.
School may be out for summer, but we've got a full range of great activities happening at the Children's Centre throughout July and August for families and your under 5s! Chesterton families! You're invited to our International Day on Wednesday 17th July. Bring along a dish you love from your home country and join in the fun. We can't wait to see you (and taste all the delicious food!) The event takes place in the Key Stage 1 and 2 Halls from 1.30pm.

Year 5 parents we hope you'll join us this Friday 28th June for our Secondary Schools Fair. This is a great opportunity for you to talk to teachers and others from local secondary schools, outside of the hustle and bustle of their main open events! Join us in the Key Stage 1 Hall from 3.15pm to 4pm.

We had a fantastic WE Walk for Water day of action on Friday 3rd May. Thank you to all our wonderful Chesterton families who walked with us to raise awareness and funds for this important cause. Our fundraising page is still open. If you'd like to donate please do so here
The children are busy preparing for their annual WE Walk for Water day of action on Friday 3rd May. This includes learning about the importance of access to clean water in their lessons and campaigning around the local community. They are also fundraising with the aim of beating their amazing total of £2,000 achieved last year! All pupils have sponsor forms, please do get involved if you can.

We would like to invite you to our Spring Coffee Morning on Wednesday 20th March at 9.00 am at Chesterton Primary school. The Coffee Morning will give you an opportunity to find out how you can help your child with development of their Speech and Language skills at home.
