Why have you chosen to become a Governor and what would you like to achieve in this post?
Always been interested in education, I was a governor even before I was a teacher. Want to make sure that all children get the best education possible. I believe my background in education and in campaigning help the school.

How do you support Chesterton Primary School as a Governor?
I support the school in many ways, including meetings, interviews, visiting classrooms. I have been on several residential trips with the pupils too. Most memorable achievement while in post: Working with pupils on the residential at Wick Court Farm - cleaning out the dairy - lots of sludge.
